The General Terms and Conditions of use of this website and the purchase of products/services from our online store (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”), as presented and analyzed below, define the terms and conditions of your navigation and use of our website and online store, and govern the sales contract concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store.

Before entering our online store, we invite you to consult the Terms of Use and ensure that you agree with them. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must refrain from taking any action within our online store, including mere browsing. However, any action you take within our online store, such as browsing, subscribing to our newsletter service, or purchasing products, will be considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

1) What does detobeauty.gr offer?

The online store detobeauty.gr gives internet users the opportunity to purchase a wide range of products at competitive prices. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the products to present to consumers via detobeauty.gr, as well as to update and/or withdraw them at any time, without justification and without any prior notice.

Additionally, the company’s pricing policy and methods of promoting its products through offers and/or discounts are determined solely by the company and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

2) Order placement and completion

Orders are completed through a specific sequence of steps, detailed below. It is possible that a product appearing as available on our website may ultimately be unavailable or may not be deliverable within the delivery time stated on detobeauty.gr. To ensure you are fully informed about the progress of your order and protected against such cases, your order will be completed through the following steps:

a) Submission of a processing request

We recommend that before placing your first order, you register as a user on detobeauty.gr to facilitate and improve your service experience with our staff. The steps you need to follow to place your order are as follows:

• Select your desired product(s) and add them to your “shopping cart.”
• Proceed to your “shopping cart.”
• Complete all required information in the order request form.
• Submit/register your order.
• Check your email for an automated message confirming receipt of your order. This message contains the details of your order request and a copy received by our company.

Each time you send our company a request for an order, you must first accept these Terms of Use, which govern all transactions between us.

Please note that your requests are received by our company subject to the explicit reservation of thorough availability checks on the products included in your order request, as processing of your request has not yet begun at this stage.

Finally, we inform you that our company follows a strict personal data protection policy and collects and processes your personal data only with your explicit consent (granted upon submission of the form), using the most secure and careful methods.

b) Processing of order request

At this stage, our company thoroughly checks the availability of all products listed in your order request. Specifically:

• If all the products in your request are available within the delivery timeframe displayed in our online store, we will confirm your order by sending an email to the address you provided, including all relevant details. The dispatch of products will follow the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
• If one or more of the items you ordered is unavailable and/or if a product cannot be delivered within the timeframe stated in our online store, a representative of our company will contact you by phone or email to inform you about the unavailability.
• If, for any reason, neither of the above two forms of communication is successful within 10 days of your order request submission, your request will be automatically canceled, and you will need to submit a new order request.

c) Telephone orders

If you choose to place your order by telephone, you are required to be aware of these terms and conditions.

Upon final submission of your order by our customer service department, you are deemed to have silently accepted all terms and conditions.

3) Payment – Order settlement

For payment of the products you wish to purchase, you may choose from the payment methods offered by our company.

First, decide which payment method best suits you. Then, select the corresponding payment option at the appropriate point in the order request form and provide the necessary information.

Please note that shipping and cash-on-delivery (COD) are free for all orders shipped within Greece that exceed €30.00. For orders with a total amount less than or equal to €30.00, shipping costs are €3.00.

We remind you that our company strictly adheres to a personal data protection policy. All payment details you provide are collected and processed with full security and care, only with your consent, which you grant by submitting your order request. Regarding credit card payments, our company, in collaboration with the National Bank of Greece, takes all necessary security measures to ensure maximum protection of your electronic transactions. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which provides the highest level of security in communication between electronic payment systems.

4) Product delivery and shipping costs

At the same time as your order confirmation, our company will inform you of the estimated delivery time for the products you have selected, which depends on the region you have chosen for delivery.

Your order will be shipped either by our company or by a carrier of our sole choice, during business days and hours (Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00).

According to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company, deliveries are carried out as follows:

• within Preveza: within 1-2 business days from the time your order is registered in our online store
• to prefecture capitals: within 2-3 business days from the time your order is registered in our online store
• to other areas: within 2-3 business days from the time your order is registered in our online store, except for remote areas where delivery may take up to 4 business days

Our company is not liable for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, customs delays, intermediate loading/unloading points, transportation strikes, or other types of strikes affecting the delivery of products to our warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

In any case of delay, our company will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the details you have provided, in order to inform you and arrange for a new delivery date or for the delivery of an alternative product.

Although our company takes every possible measure to keep you informed about the potential unavailability of a product, there is a possibility of unexpected shortages or lack of availability from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed. In such cases, our company will again make every effort to contact you using the details you have provided to inform you of the situation and arrange with you for a new delivery date, delivery of an alternative product, or cancellation of the order without charge to either party, including a refund of any amount you may have already paid, within a reasonable timeframe.

When placing your order, you may also choose to collect your products from our store in Preveza. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 business days, during which you may come to collect your package during Preveza store hours. After this period, your order will be automatically canceled. The store address is Christou Kontou. Our representative will contact you by phone to inform you of the day and time when your order will be ready for pickup.

Please also note that shipping and cash-on-delivery (COD) are free for all orders shipped within Greece, provided the total order amount exceeds €30.00. For orders with a total amount less than or equal to €30.00, shipping costs are €3.00, while the COD service remains free.

5) Website Use – Operation – Content

Both the company and the user/consumer agree to use and operate the website properly, in good faith and in accordance with fair trade practices.

For full and proper access to detobeauty.gr, JavaScript and cookies must be enabled in your browser. You should also have Internet Explorer version 6 or later, Mozilla Firefox version 3.5 or later, or another equivalent web browser installed. We recommend using the latest browser versions and Adobe Flash Player for enhanced graphics.

The user/consumer/member of detobeauty.gr acknowledges and accepts that to use certain services of the website, it may be necessary to download updated software packages onto their computer. The company makes every effort to ensure the accurate and proper publication of all product information presented on detobeauty.gr. However, it is not liable for any errors in the operation of the online store or in the displayed information (such as price, availability, photos, product descriptions, etc.), which may result from technical failures, typographical errors, human error, or incorrect data from suppliers—even through negligence.

Our company’s commercial strategy and pricing policy fully comply with competition protection laws. Therefore, prices of products sold on detobeauty.gr may differ from similar products sold elsewhere, as we occasionally offer special discounts or promotions at our discretion to better achieve our business objectives.

The company reserves the exclusive right to change the price of any product at any time, without justification and without prior notice.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on detobeauty.gr is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by applicable Greek and international laws and conventions on intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, texts, files of all kinds, trademarks/logos, the website layout, software, photos, designs, and commercial and financial data. Intellectual property rights of third parties, such as partners or collaborators, are excluded.

7) Personal Data

Our company takes every possible care to receive from you your full and correct information. Therefore, our company bears no responsibility if any of its contractual or legal obligations are not fulfilled properly and/or timely due to the submission of incorrect personal information by you.

In particular, any notification made to the email address you have provided to us (e.g., regarding the unavailability of a product, etc.) will be considered valid even if it is not delivered to you due to an error in the information you provided. The same applies to your communication address, shipping address, and contact phone numbers. In any case, you are obliged to update your information each time there is a change.

For your better service and to facilitate your future purchases, you must register as a user of "detobeauty.gr" during your first order request submission to our company. Therefore, during your first visit – request submission, you will be asked to open an account with us and create a user profile (Full name and e-mail) using your own unique security codes (username & password). Upon your registration as a registered user, the company may, and you as a registered user accept, the installation of a session cookie system exclusively for your recognition and your transactions, enabling the creation of your customer history visible only to you on your personal page. These session cookies are solely intended to facilitate better management of your profile and transactions so that you are not required to re-enter your details each time you visit detobeauty.gr. The session cookies are deleted as soon as you unregister as a registered user.

You alone have access to your information via the above codes and are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and preventing disclosure to third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you must notify us immediately. Our company is not responsible for the use of your secret code by unauthorized persons.

Furthermore, the company bears no responsibility regarding communication between the consumer and third parties that may be advertised on detobeauty.gr, nor for any issues arising from any commercial transaction between the user/member and the third-party advertiser.

In any case, and provided that any of the above is due to proven willful misconduct of the company, the company is liable only for covering any direct damages of the injured party that arise directly from the above and the company's willful misconduct. Similarly, all liability limitations stated in these terms of use, which the user - consumer - member of detobeauty.gr acknowledges and accepts in full, apply as valid and in accordance with good faith and commercial practices.

The company does not guarantee continuous and secure access to websites to which it may link on detobeauty.gr. Furthermore, our company bears no responsibility for the content and services of these websites and for any issues that may arise during visiting or using those websites. The user - visitor should contact directly the administrators of those sites, who are solely responsible for resolving the issue. The company does not in any case accept or adopt the content or services of the websites and pages to which it links.
